Vendor Details

  • Vendor set-up will begin one hour prior to the start of the event. 

  • All participating vendors must be licensed establishments and hold the appropriate licenses or permits to prepare and serve food off-site. 

  • Please note: If you do not currently have the required credentials, you may need to apply for a special event permit or one-day catering license through the county. 

  • There is no participation fee. Your involvement is considered a tax-deductible donation. 

  • Vendors are responsible for providing sample portions of their selected item(s), along with any plates, utensils, or serving materials needed. 

  • Attendance is expected to be approximately 200 guests, an increase from 125 attendees last year due to a reduced ticket price. 

  • Participating vendors will receive recognition across promotional materials, including social media, email communications, the event website, and more. 

  • Space is limited to 14 restaurant vendors and 3 food trucks. 

  • Vendor space is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration form. 


  • Promote your business to a large, engaged audience 

  • Gain community visibility and marketing exposure 

  • Receive a $250 vendor stipend to support participation 

  • Be eligible for the Tastiest of the Lakes Award - voted on by attendees and presented on night of the event. 

  • Strengthen Washington County, Chisago County, and Anoka County by supporting counseling, youth outreach, early intervention, and education engagement services that keep young people connected, families supported, and communities thriving.
